Your data & privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Delete your information (subject to records we must keep by law).
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
• Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information — note we do neither.

Email us at info@halogather.com with the subject "Privacy request." To help us find your records and verify it's really you, please include:

• Your full name.
• The email address you used (for ticket buyers, the email on your order).
• If you bought tickets, the event name(s) or order details if you have them.
• What you'd like us to do (access, correct, delete, or a copy).

We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We won't charge you for a reasonable request, and we won't treat you differently for making one.

When you buy a ticket, the event Organizer also holds your information and decides how it's used for their event — they are a controller of that data, and we act on their behalf. For requests about a specific event, we may need to coordinate with, or direct you to, that Organizer. You can also contact the Organizer directly.

We may retain certain information where the law allows or requires it — for example, transaction and tax records, or information needed to prevent fraud. Separately, we automatically anonymize buyer contact details (name, email, phone) 24 months after the related event finishes, so older attendee data stops being identifiable even without a request.
